Starters

Choice of:

Thyme roasted vegetable soup, toasted bread and herb butter.

Homemade pork and black pudding terrine served with an apple and cider chutney.

North Atlantic prawn and crayfish cocktail, with baby gem lettuce and a sweet pepper Marie rose sauce.

Mains

Roast Turkey

Turkey stuffed with sage and onion, wrapped in smoked bacon served with roast potatoes, sautéed shredded sprouts, honey roasted carrots and parsnips and a turkey jus.

Roast Seabass

Slow roast seabass served on sweet leeks and kale with sautéed potatoes and a crayfish cream velouté.

Roast Sirloin

Slices of roast sirloin beef with Yorkshire pudding served with roast potatoes, honey roasted carrots and parsnips with a rich horseradish beef gravy.

Cherry and Brie Tart

Sweet roasted balsamic cherry tomato and Brie tart with a smoked herb dressing served with garden peas and broad beans.

Dessert

Fruity Christmas pudding with whisky cream

Sweet dark chocolate profiteroles and Chantilly cream

Mulled wine fruit trifle.
