Chestnut and courgette roulade served with nutmeg and butternut squash puree

Flamed mackerel fillet on a smoked bacon slaw

Main Course

Traditional roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing, sausage meat wrapped in bacon, duck fat roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots and parsnips, sprouts and turkey gravy

Slow roasted sirloin of beef with horseradish mash potato, duck fat roast potatoes, swede puree, honey roast carrots, Yorkshire pudding served with bone marrow and merlot gravy

Arctic Char with a fennel and potato terrine, a salad of roasted beet, tomato and samphire and butter chive sauce

Cauliflower steak with chestnut and cranberry croquettes, sautéed greens and a tomato and red pepper sauce
