Starters

Sweet potato and chilli coconut soup with warm toast herb croutons

or

Leek, cauliflower and vegetarian parmesan croquettes served with saffron alioli

Fish Course

Smoked bacon and crab crème fraiche carbonara

Intermediate

Lime Sorbet

Main Course (Vegan option on request)

Traditional roast Turkey with sage and onion stuffing, sausage wrapped in bacon, duck fat roasted potatoes, orange glazed carrots, honey roasted parsnips bacon sprouts served with turkey gravy.

Slow roasted sirloin of beef with duck roasted fondant potato, wild mushrooms, orange glazed carrots with a rich beef and brandy jus.

Slow roasted fillet of seabass with lemon and prawn potato croquettes, salt marsh samphire and dill cream sauce.

Roast chilli pepper and butternut tofu wellington, served with rosemary vegetables and herb gravy.

 

Dessert

A trio of desserts comprising of:

Christmas pudding and brandy ice cream

White chocolate and strawberry mousse

Traditional Manchester mini tart

(Pot of fresh vanilla cream)

Mince pies
