Slow roasted sirloin of beef with duck roasted fondant potato, wild mushrooms, orange glazed carrots with a rich beef and brandy jus.
Slow roasted fillet of seabass with lemon and prawn potato croquettes, salt marsh samphire and dill cream sauce.
Roast chilli pepper and butternut tofu wellington, served with rosemary vegetables and herb gravy.
